What was the highlight of Killarney Randles Hotel
Great location
Randles Hotel is well located, near Ross Castle and the center commerce of Killarney. We stayed in a large room with good facilities and a comfortable bed. At reception we were very well looked after by Carolina and Veselin, who were kind enough to give us information about the city and great tips for walking and car tours. We felt very comfortable asking lots of things. The breakfast is excellent, with several options in addition to the traditional Irish breakfast and everything was very tasty.

Overall okay for 1 night.
Breakfast was more than value. Staff were brilliant. Friendly and exceeded expectations. Buffet was good and hot breakfast wonderful.
The website is a little misleading. The Randles Townhouse is not in walking distance and does not form part of the hotel. So use of facilities inconvenient as we would have to drive to hotel to use benefit facilities. Parking at hotel a little inconvenient with half the parking closed off.

Fantastic!
Where do I start. Absolutely outstanding. Amazing. Myself and my partner just came back from our weekend away at Randles. We booked in for her birthday on 7 June until the 9 June. We stayed in room 118. Firstly the room was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and lovely decor. We had dinner on Friday evening and the food was sublime. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make the special occasion a memorable experience. Unfortunately I don't have everyone's name but special thanks to the gentleman at reception when we checked in (apologies I can't remember your name but you know who you are) Sean, Marie, Isaac and Alan. Also the Chef and all the kitchen staff and waiters, and everyone else at Randles. Much appreciated and thank you for such a great stay. We will be returning on 3 of January. I've already booked. Wish it was earlier but with work commitments I can't. See you all then . Kindest regards, Patrick.
